The 1970s Fára’s collage Homage to Braccelli, composed of Constructivist objects, refers to the extraordinary invention of the Baroque artist Giovanni Battista Braccelli who, in his book entitled “Bizzarie di Varie Figure” published drawings of figures made of square boxes. The collage on display clearly shows how masterfully Libor Fára was able to combine intellect and aesthetically refined form.
